About Rotaract

Rotaract is a Rotary-sponsored service club for young men and women ages 18 to 30. We participate in a variety of community and international service projects, as well as leadership and professional development. Typical community service projects include working with habitat for humanity, serving meals to the homeless, recycling, working with local community organizations and more. We also work with our sponsoring Rotary Club of Port Klang with their various community projects. Join us to find out more

Youth Congress 2009 - Joint project by Rotaract Club of Port Klang Centennial & Rotaract Club of Taylors University College

A successful project indeed! The main purpose of the congress was to ensure a positive CHANGE in todays youth and helping them to enhance their personal skills. We achieved our aim. The participants clearly went back with a brand new attitude. We had 5 influential speakers and 2 workshops. One on problem solving and the other on enhancing communication skills. It only costs rm5! With lunch and tea refreshment and a goodie bag not to forget the lucky draw session!

The best part it was free for the 1st 100 participants courtesy of Datuk Vinod Sekhar from Petra Group.

All in all it was a successfull project and hopefully we'll be able to do it again next year. Thanks to all the sponsors and Rac TUC President and OC Michelle Yong.
